My mission is to help us discover our spiritual essence and make mindful life choices. Let’s connect about spirituality, well-being, purpose, and the joys of life.

With over 25 years of yoga practice, I embarked on a transformative journey when I met my spiritual teacher Roy Eugene Davis in 2005. In 2023, I was honored to be ordained as a minister at the Center for Spiritual Awareness.

Currently, I host the Spirit Led podcast, lead weekly meditation sessions, and facilitate meditation retreats. Please invite me to your group for seminars on meditation and yoga philosophy/lifestyle.

I share my life in Greer, SC, with my talented partner Monty Craig and our dog Archie.

I developed Change Point as a method of personal evolution during times of change. During uncertainty and transition, we need a way to keep learning, growing, and connecting. Change Point empowers you to grow in your own way by getting guidance straight from the source—yourself.

Change Point isn’t a self-help book about doing more and working harder. Instead, it’s about letting go of the distractions and obstacles that hold you back, and making space for what matters.
