We can’t turn back time or change the life you’ve already lived. Your body carries some histories that have made their mark. I cannot promise to take away those marks of time. I cannot promise to take away aches and pains.
Here’s what I promise you….
I will lead you with mindfulness towards better alignment, flexibility, posture, strength and balance, combined with anti-inflammatory diet, good sleep and stress management. In my experience, that goes a long, long way to feeling good, and having the energy to do what matters.

BOOST is not a quick fix or a magic pill. I support you to do the work it takes you change your health.
BOOST is for people who can walk and exercise safely, and who have their physician’s approval to do so.
In any health and wellness program, there is a risk of injury. You should check with your medical team before engaging in anything new. I will ask you to sign a waiver like you would sign at a gym.
