Hi, I'm your guide Joan Craig.

I’ve been walking the wellness walk for a long time - cardio, weights, yoga, nutrition. And I love it all! Meditation is one thing that has made a huge impact in my life. It helps me do everything else better! I've helped lots of people get results with positive action steps. Calmer This Year takes place LIVE on Facebook January 8-14, 2018. Meditation instruction daily 6:50 - 7:00 am EST, followed by practice time. You can watch and learn anytime, even if you cannot log-in at that time. The videos will be available all week. You will also receive meditation instructions and guidance via email. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can still participate (although not live) by asking me to share the videos with you via email.
