Here’s my Spring 2017 teaching schedule for group classes. Beginners are welcome at all classes. You will be just fine! Please bring your own yoga mat unless otherwise noted.
Saturday, April 8: 12:00-1:00 PM

This class will be outside, so please wear sun protection and bring water.
Monday, April 10: 9:00-10:15 AM
Mindful Flow $10
Yoga mats provided, but you’re going to want your own soon anyway!
Mondays, April 17-May 22: 5:30-6:30 PM
Foundations of Yoga $10
Riverside Tennis Club
Learn the foundations of alignment for all types of poses: Standing Poses, Seated Poses, Twists, Forward Bends, Balancings and Inversions. This is a great class for people who are beginning yoga or beginning again! You can drop into any class. It is not necessary to attend the whole series of six weeks.

Yoga Therapy is appropriate for people who have pain, joint limitations, or other medical issues, and who will benefit from private or small group attention to those issues. Yoga Therapy is an appropriate methodology for back and neck pain and postural issues, as well as aiding with stress management. Please note that I am NOT a licensed healthcare professional, nor am I qualified to diagnose medical conditions.
