When we work on improving posture…
We’re really working on the underlying problems that caused the poor posture, like bad habits and musculoskeletal imbalances.
Trying to “stand up straight” is just not enough.
Stand Tall, Feel Good, and Feel Confident in your knowledge and skills to take the right actions, correct posture problems, and avoid future ones.
We can’t turn back time or change the life you’ve already lived. Your body has its unique structure, and it carries some histories that have made their mark. I cannot promise to take away aches and pains.
Here’s what I promise you….
I will lead you with mindfulness towards better alignment, flexibility, and posture. When you do the work, you will reap the rewards.

Posture School is not a quick fix or a magic pill. I support you to do the work it takes to stretch what’s tight, strengthen what’s weak, and use mindfulness to pay attention during the day.
Posture School is for people who can walk and exercise safely, and who have their physician’s approval to do so.
In any health and wellness program, there is a risk of injury. You should check with your medical team before engaging in anything new. I will ask you to sign a waiver like you would sign at a gym.
