Change Point Circle is a live group experience based on the six steps from the Change Point book. Each week we explore one step through live teaching, community reflection, meditation—and now, short gentle yoga practices to help you embody what you’re learning.

What if I can’t attend live?
You’ll receive all recordings and still get access to the Facebook group. Participate on your own rhythm.

How much time will this take?
Plan about 90 minutes/week total—just enough to shift your energy without overwhelming your schedule.

Do I need to read the book?
No, but I think you’ll like it, and it’s short! You’ll receive a free PDF copy, and everything will be guided. The book is a companion, not a requirement.

Is this program religious?
No. It’s rooted in mindfulness and yoga, but welcomes all beliefs and backgrounds.

Will there be homework?
Yes—but it’s gentle. Simple journal prompts, yoga, meditations—designed to support, not stress.
