Do you find yourself procrastinating on the exact things that make you feel good?
Like you want to stop and do some movement that feels good but you feel you need to take care of other people, clean the house, or do the dishes or respond to emails first?
Or when you wake up, when you have a little window of time for yourself, and you could exercise. ..But you decide to check your phone for “just a minute,” and before you know it, that window has closed, and it’s time to move on to other things.
Well, all those things have happened to me. Or I should say, “I created those experiences.”
In this video I share three ways to get over the obstacle of being “too busy to exercise.”
Here’s a summary of the three strategies:
#1 – Assess, confront and deal with technology addiction.
#2 – Start with what’s easy, natural and not scary.
#3 – Re-evaluate your “busy-ness” level and your beliefs about how you allow yourself to spend your time.
What can you do THIS WEEK to exercise and take time for self-care? Please leave a comment!
