Sometimes we feel too busy to make time for health and wellness, or even sleep.
In the video below I share the top three areas to examine so that you can make space, time, and energy for what’s important.
1) Do “spring cleaning” to get rid of old clothes, food that you don’t want or need to eat, and clutter.
2) Look at your daily and weekly activities. What non-essentials can you eliminate to make time for healthy meals, relaxation, and exercise?
3) What beliefs, thought patterns, stories and language are holding you back?
Pick just one thing and commit to let go of it this week.
Now think of the ONE THING you most want to bring into your life for the new season. How do you want to feel in three months? Name it! Write this down, share it with others, and keep it present in your mind and heart!
