Yoga for a Cold

There is some funk going around, and if you get it, you might feel like your head is stopped up, or like it’s hard to breathe. Supported Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) is a great aid at times like these. Check out the video to see how to do it.

Here’s the best part – Supported Bridge Pose also helps boost the immune system by promoting relaxation. More serotonin, less cortisol please! Therefore, I recommend you try it out to prevent illness as well.
